12:03 PM EST - Bombardier : says it has won a contract to upgrade rail line systems in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, worth US$81 million. The Berlin-based rail transport manufacturing division of Montreal's Bombardier Inc., said it and partner Hartasuma Sdn Bhd will upgrade wayside electrical and mechanical systems on the Kelana Jaya Line. The project is scheduled for completion in late spring 2009. Bombardier
