12:35 PM EST - Xceed Mortgage Corp. : reported a 6% decline in its third quarter profit. The Toronto- based company's net income for the third quarter declined 6% to C$6.47 million or C$0.22 per share from C$6.89 million or C$0.23 per share in the previous year. Third quarter revenues rose 14.8% to C$17.85 million from C$15.55 million in the prior year. Expenses for the quarter increased to C$7.78 million from C$4.87 million a year ago. Xceed Mortgage Corp.
shares T.XMC are trading off 43 cents at $3.09.
