In April and May, the Company raised approximately $39.2 million in equity capital before expenses. These funds were used in 2011 to finance the accelerated drilling program at the Company's flagship Cap-Oeste gold and silver Project, the construction and operation of the Lomada de Leiva gold project heap leach trial and to commence the development and construction of the high-grade Cap-Oeste South East Project.
