12:22 PM EST - PrimeWest Energy Trust : says Abu Dhabi National Energy, also known as TAQA, has offered $26.75 per unit plus will assume it debt. That's a 26.5 per cent premium over the 30-day weighted average price of PrimeWest on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The deal needs approval from regulators and at least two thirds of PrimeWest unitholders. PrimeWest's board has unanimously approved the deal. PrimeWest Energy Trust.
