10:34 AM EST - CML HealthCare Income Fund : is offering $9 a unit - or a total of $48 million - for Medisys Health Group Income Fund. CML said its bid represents a premium of 42.4 per cent over the $6.32 closing price of Medisys units on the Toronto Stock Exchange before the Elman family, the biggest stockholder at Medisys, announced a proposal to take Medisys private at $7 a unit.
