10:04 AM EST - ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. : shares were lower after the firm said the closing of its sale of a 70 percent interest in Air Canada Technical Services to a private-equity group has been delayed. The company said Thursday it is still working to finalize certain customer and supplier arrangements required in advance of the closing, which was scheduled for the end of September. shares T.ACE.B are trading up 0.01 cents at $26.28.
