12:04 PM EST - Paladin Labs Inc. : announced that the registration of the requisite special resolutions by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in South Africa has been completed. The registration of these resolutions was required in connection with the strategic partnership between Paladin and the Litha Healthcare Group Limited. With the registration of the resolutions, regulatory requirements for the closing of the transaction have now been satisfied. Accordingly, the Transaction, as defined, will be implemented and the expected closing date of the Transaction will be Monday, July 2. Paladin Labs Inc.
