10:27 AM EST - Bombardier Inc. : said on Tuesday it will slow production of its regional jets and cut 1,330 jobs in Montreal and Belfast that represent almost 5 percent of its aerospace work force. The 1,330 layoffs will result in $31 million of costs in the third quarter. Bombardier Inc.
