11:49 AM EST - Héroux-Devtek Inc. : announced that it has executed a definitive agreement for the sale of substantially all of its Aerostructure and Industrial Products operations to Precision Castparts Corp. (for $300 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments. Héroux-Devtek expects to realize net cash proceeds of approximately $230 million from the sale, after related taxes and expenses. The transaction is not subject to shareholders' approval. Héroux-Devtek Inc.
