04:35 PM EST - Atco Midstream Ltd. : has agreed to buy a 50 per cent interest in the Grimes Energy joint-venture natural gas plant near Kisbey, Sask., for an undisclosed price. Its partner is Bayhurst Energy Services Corp., a subsidiary of Crown corporation SaskEnergy Inc., Calgary-based Atco said Friday. Atco Midstream Ltd.
shares T.ACO.X are trading up 75 cents at $58.45.
