04:26 PM EST - TransAtlantic Petroleum Corp. : says it has farmed out Block 4175, one of its exploration licences in southeastern Turkey. Under terms of the agreement, the unnamed company acquiring the licence will finance the next portion of TransAtlantic's exploration obligation on Block 4175, including geological work and geochemical studies. When that work is done, the farm-in company has the option to acquire 75 per cent interest in the licence by drilling an exploration well to evaluate an untested potential deposit.
