Revenue was $335.8 million versus $269.5 million in the comparable quarter of 2011, led by year-over-year growth in Canada, the United States and Latin America. The company also reported, however, a net loss attributable to the shareholders of Calfrac of $11.9 million or $0.27 per share diluted compared to net income of $12.1 million or $0.27 per share diluted in the second quarter of 2011.
