10:00 AM EST - Medical Facilities Corporation : announced today that its Board of Directors, following approval of the Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, approved an increase in the Company's monthly dividend to $0.09375 per Common Share effective with the dividend payable on September 17.
