Total sales for fiscal 2012 decreased by 6% to $148.2 million compared with $157.6 million last year. Comparable store sales for fiscal 2012 decreased by 6%, as compared to the corresponding quarter last year. For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, net earnings were $4.0 million ($0.83 per diluted share) compared with net earnings of $7.6 million ($1.55 per diluted share) for the fiscal year ended June 25, 2011.
