Funds from operations increased 44% to $14.6 million during the second quarter of 2012 over the second quarter of 2011. Royalties were down to 12% of revenue for the second quarter of 2012 versus 19% of revenue in the second quarter of 2011 as a result of new wells receiving the 5% royalty rates. Arcan Resources Ltd.
