09:54 AM EST - TransCanada Corp : says a Texas judge has ruled in its favour, agreeing with its use of eminent domain in its effort to build its Keystone pipeline. The ruling came after TransCanada invoked eminent domain laws in Texas last year after the owner of a patch of farm land where the company wants to bury part of its pipeline refused to sign a voluntary easement in exchange for a $21,000 payment.
