03:55 PM EST - Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. : announced a major contract awarded to Nirosoft Industries Ltd., a subsidiary of RWL Water Group, the New York based global water solutions provider, by Pacific Rubiales. The $100-million contract consists of the design and construction of a "produced water" desalination plant, as well as the operation and maintenance of this plant for a period of 10 years.
