05:04 PM EST - Orezone Resources Inc. : is paying US$200 million in cash and shares to acquire partner Gold Fields Ltd.'s 60 per cent interest in the Essakane project in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Ottawa-based Orezone said it will become the operator with a 100 per cent interest in the project. Orezone Resources Inc.
