Actual net earnings of $102.9 million ($0.57 per share on a diluted basis) have been adjusted to exclude certain pre-tax non-recurring items in relation with the acquisition of Statoil Fuel & Retail, namely a $113.5 million loss on foreign exchange forward contracts, a $6.7 million foreign exchange gain on NOK cash held by U.S. subsidiaries and acquisition costs of $1.2 million.
