03:50 PM EST - NovaCopper Inc. : announced significant results from exploration diamond drilling at the South Reef Zone of the Bornite Property, one of its Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler mining district of Northwest Alaska. This is the first set of drill results, comprising six out of 22 holes, which total approximately 15,000 metres drilled so far from the 2012 drilling program. Additional drill results are anticipated to be released regularly over the next few months as they become available. Highlights: RC12-202 intersected three mineralized intervals with a composite total of 50.1 metres, within a total interval of 57.4 metres, averaging 3.0% copper, including a higher grade interval of 7.8 metres grading 12.0% copper.
