09:58 AM EST - Colossus Minerals Inc. : announced that it has entered into an agreement with Sandstorm Gold Ltd. to sell refined precious metals in an amount equivalent to a portion of the life-of-mine payable platinum, palladium and gold produced from Colossus' 75% owned Serra Pelada Project. Colossus will receive an upfront deposit of $75 million U.S., as well as ongoing payments for each ounce of metal delivered under the agreement. Colossus Minerals Inc.
