09:59 AM EST - Sandstorm Gold Ltd. : and Colossus Minerals Inc. have entered into an agreement to sell refined precious metals in an amount equivalent to a portion of the life-of-mine payable platinum, palladium and gold produced from Colossus' 75% owned Serra Pelada Project. Colossus will receive an upfront deposit of $75 million U.S, as well as ongoing payments for each ounce of metal delivered under the agreement. Sandstorm Gold Ltd.
