03:41 PM EST - Andean American Gold Corp. : and Lupaka Gold Corp. announced that their respective shareholders voted for the previously announced plan of arrangement whereby Lupaka Gold will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Andean American. 98.27% of the Lupaka Gold shares voted at Lupaka Gold's special shareholders' meeting held earlier today were voted in favour of the ordinary resolution authorizing the issuance of Lupaka Gold common shares in connection with the Arrangement.
