04:48 PM EST - Bolero Resources Corp. : has signed a US$10 million deal to acquire the Silver Creek molybdenum project and other copper-gold deposits in Colorado. The Vancouver company said Monday it had signed a letter agreement with Rico Renaissance LLC and related companies to acquire some private surface and mineral rights that host the Silver Creek project, in the Pioneer mining district in Dolores County, Colorado.
