10:02 AM EST - Lululemon Athletica Inc. : said its board of directors has been joined by Michael Casey, chief financial officer of Starbucks Corp. from 1995 until Sept. 30. The Vancouver-based apparel maker and retailer expanded its board to nine members to add Casey, who remains an adviser to Starbucks and is a member of the board of the Nasdaq Stock Market, where Lululemon shares are interlisted. Lululemon Athletica Inc.
shares T.LLL are trading down 57 cents at $45.78.
