09:53 AM EST - Coro Mining Corp. : announced that it has entered into an option agreement to acquire the Payen Property from a local Chilean company. The 1,225-hectare Property is located approximately 90 kilometres North Northeast of La Serena, four kilometres west of the Pan-American Highway and approximately 47km from the coast, in the III Region of Chile, at an elevation of 1,100 metres. It is also located some 15km SW of the operating Dos Amigos copper mine. Coro Mining Corp.
