Excluding the impact of acquisitions, revenue was down $16.0 million (4.5%). Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciaton and Amortization was $43.2 million in the third quarter of 2012, down $10.5 million from $53.7 million in the third quarter of 2011. Net income attributable to equity shareholders was $14.1 million ($0.18 per share) in the third quarter down $11.1 million ($0.14 per share) from $25.2 million ($0.32 per share) last year.
