10:16 AM EST - ACE Aviation Holdings Inc. : has completed its secondary offerings of 22 million units of Aeroplan Income Fund and 35.5 million units of Jazz Air Income Fund. The transactions, announced Oct. 1, produced net proceeds of $726 million and leave ACE owning about 20 per cent of the Aeroplan loyalty-points operation and the Jazz regional airline.
