Primaris will buy a 100% interest in Regent Mall, Fredericton, New Brunswick and McAllister Place, Saint John, New Brunswick. Subject to typical conditions of closing for a transaction of this type, closing of the New Brunswick Acquisition is expected to occur on November 30. Primaris Retail REIT
