In Fiscal 2012, consolidated net earnings grew 9% over last year to $204.4 million from $188.0 million, while diluted earnings per share grew 10% to $3.64 from $3.30 last year. EBITDA rose 4% to $331.2 million from $318.4 million for the same period last year. Consolidated revenues for Fiscal 2012 totaled $1,021.9 million, a 1% increase over the $1,015.4 million recorded last year for the same period.
