As at September 30, 2012, Kimber had working capital of $0.95 million (June 30, 2012 - $2.42 million), which includes $3.24 million (June 30, 2012 - $1.55 million) in cash and cash equivalents and a short term loan of $2.76 million from Sprott Resource Lending Partnership. The face value of the short term loan is $3.0 million offset by deferred financing costs of $0.24 million. Kimber's net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2012 was $0.80 million or $0.01 per common share compared with a net loss of $0.76 million or $0.01 loss per share for the three months ended September 30, 2011.
