12:55 PM EST - Alcan Inc. : said Yves Fortier, Paul Tellier and Dick Evans have all been named to the board of the aluminum producer's new parent, Rio Tinto. Fortier is Alcan's chairman, Tellier a non-executive director and Evans chief executive of the Montreal-based Alcan. The three will all take seats on the board of the Anglo-Australian mining giant as non-executive directors after it succeeded in its US$38.1 billion takeover late Tuesday. Alcan Inc.
