12:55 PM EST - Aastra Technologies Ltd. : is taking investment adviser HSBC Securities to court over exposure to asset-backed commercial paper the company says amounts to about $8.5 million. The suit launched in Ontario Superior Court seeks "damages relating to investment advice provided with respect to Aastra's purchase of the Structured Investment Trust III asset-backed commercial paper," the company said in a release. Aastra Technologies Ltd.
shares T.AAH are trading down 16 cents at $33.23.
