09:58 AM EST - Bombardier Inc. : said its Transportation division and Shanghai Shentong Metro Group Co., Ltd today announced the formation of a joint venture company, Shentong Bombardier (Shanghai) Rail Transit Vehicle Maintenance Company Ltd. The joint venture will focus on the repair and maintenance of urban mass transit vehicles in China, offering customers the services of daily maintenance, intermediate repairs, overhauls, refurbishment and technical consultation.
