09:50 AM EST - Marathon Gold Corporation : announced the closing of the bought deal private placement previously announced on November 19, pursuant to which Marathon sold 5,474,500 units at a price of $0.55 per Unit with each Unit consisting of one common share of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant of the Company each Warrant, exercisable for one common share of the Company for a period of 24 months from the closing date at a price of $0.75 per Warrant Share and (ii) 3,873,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.63 per Flow-Through Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $5,450,965.
