12:52 PM EST - Cyries Energy Inc. : will dish out $35 million for an unnamed privately owned oil and gas company to boost its production. The company said Monday it will pay about 0.645 of a Cyries common share and 21 cents in cash for each of the private company's shares. Cyries Energy Inc.
