03:48 PM EST - Saputo Inc. : completed today the transaction announced on December 3, 2012 and acquired Morningstar Foods, LLC, a subsidiary of Dean Foods Company. The purchase price of $1.45 billion U.S. was financed through a combination of $250 million U.S. in available cash and a new bank loan of $1.2 billion U.S. Saputo Inc.
shares T.SAP are trading down $0.48 at $49.92.
