09:57 AM EST - Bri-Chem Corp. : announced that it has completed the acquisition of General Supply Company, an Oklahoma-based drilling fluids wholesaler. The acquisition of General is expected to add approximately $3 million U.S. in annual revenues to Bri-Chem and includes the purchase of certain land and building assets related to their operations. The total purchase price is $2.5 million U.S. including the issuance of 95,451 common shares of Bri-Chem to the vendor and a $250,000 U.S. promissory note payable one year after closing.
