05:09 PM EST - Second Wave Petroleum Ltd. : has closed an $8.9-million acquisition of oil and natural gas assets in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
The move will boost the company's production to about 535 barrels of oil equivalent per day, while another 65 boe could be added each day pending access to gas processing facilities. Second Wave Petroleum Ltd.
shares T.SCS.A are trading up 3 cents at $0.24.
