Ltd. : said its jointly owned Footner Forest Products Ltd. oriented strand board mill at High Level, Alta., will operate on a reduced production schedule for an indefinite period. The mill will also be closed Dec. 17 through Jan. 1, the company said. Ainsworth Lumber Co. Ltd.
