06:30 PM EST - Alberta Oilsands Inc. : has released an estimate indicating its Fort McMurray, Alta., property contains 2.8 billion barrels of bitumen, raising its total possible reserves to 4.8 billion barrels. AOS said Tuesday that a report from consultants Ryder Scott Co. Canada outlines discovered resources of 2.42 billion barrels including 201 million barrels of contingent resources. An additional 401 million barrels is classified as undiscovered. Alberta Oilsands Inc.
