11:49 AM EST - Absolute Software Corporation : announced today that it is proceeding with a normal course issuer bid for up to 2,783,958 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 10% of the public float of the Company. On January 4, 2013, the Company had 41,225,256 common shares outstanding. The Company has received approval from the TSX to commence this bid on January 25, 2013.
