05:25 PM EST - TimberWest Forest Corp. : and its striking employees represented by the United Steelworkers have agreed to meet with veteran mediator Vince Ready in an effort to reach a settlement, says CEO Paul McElligott. The union and Forest Industrial Relations, an industry bargaining association representing 31 companies, reached a new collective agreement earlier this month. However, TimberWest's employees represented by the Steelworkers remain on strike. TimberWest Forest Corp.
