03:48 PM EST - Canam Group Inc. : announced that it has sold its 49% ownership interest held since March 2007 in a Chinese company, United Steel Structures Limited (USSL), to Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. and Glory Group Development Limited, two Chinese companies, for a consideration of $13,500,000 U.S. Canam Group Inc.
shares T.CAM are trading down $0.07 at $6.50.
