Sales from continuing operations of $61.7 million, compared with $62.0 million last year. Net income from continuing operations was $3.3 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, versus $4.5 million or $0.15 per diluted share last year. Cash and cash equivalents were $91.4 million following the special cash distribution to shareholders Héroux-Devtek Inc.
