The Offering was co-led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Raymond James Ltd. and Cormark Securities Inc. and included a syndicate of underwriters consisting of Dundee Securities Ltd., Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., and Casimir Capital Ltd. A total of 4,420,000 common shares of the Corporation, were issued pursuant to the Offering. The completion of the Offering is subject to final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
