12:50 PM EST - Transition Therapeutics Inc. : has terminated a partnership with Novo Nordisk A/S to develop the Canadian company's diabetes treatment. Transition said Monday it was unable to agree with Denmark-headquartered Novo Nordisk on an exclusive licence but "will continue ongoing discussions with other interested parties to partner the diabetes programs."
