Among the highlights record revenue of $1.6 billion versus $1.5 billion in 2011, driven by strong growth in the Company's Latin America division; operating income of $257.0 million versus $412.8 million in 2011, a decrease of 38%, mainly as a result of lower activity in Canada combined with competitive pricing pressures and higher product costs in Canada and the United States; and net income attributable to the shareholders of Calfrac of $97.1 million or $2.17 per share diluted, which included a non-cash foreign exchange gain of $8.3 million, compared to results in 2011 of $187.5 million or $4.22 per share diluted, which included a primarily non-cash foreign exchange loss of $14.2 million.
