03:39 PM EST - Uranium One Inc. : announced today that it has received securityholder approval for the proposed plan of arrangement pursuant to which JSC Atomredmetzoloto and its affiliates would acquire all of the common shares of Uranium One that they do not already own. Approval was given at a special meeting of Uranium One common shareholders and optionholders held in Toronto on March 7. Uranium One Inc.
