10:33 AM EST - ING Canada Inc. : reported a $92-million third-quarter profit, down from year-ago earnings of $156.8 million, on lower underwriting income due to "continuing decline in industry conditions" and investment losses. The Toronto-based company said its earnings amounted to 74 cents per share, a 36.8 percent decline from $1.17 in the comparable period of 2006. ING Canada Inc.
shares T.IIC are trading down 2.45 at $42.61.
